Return and Refund policy

Overview

Our time window for eligible return or refund request is 30 days from delivery. All the confirmations and requests are communicated via email to avoid misunderstanding and quick return and refund process.

Terms and Conditions 

Our conditions for eligible request is as follow:

  • Product is purchased directly from our online shop at amihomefurnishings.com.
  • Product is new and unused, reserved in original package.
  • Problem which lead to intend of return or refund is rooted in manufacturing or delivery process.
  • Customer sends request by email to support@amihomefurnishings.com within 15 days from delivery.

Specific terms and processes are listed as below:

Faulty or damaged products

  • Please contact email support@amihomefurnishings.com in case of product failure. Please attach a proof of defect or damage for us to identify your order details.
  • Within 2 business days, we will evaluate and respond to the customer’s email about the request of return. In case the product is defective, we will send our confirmation along with Return label to customer email
  • Customer downloads and prints the Return label, stick it with product and send back to us. 
  • Once we confirm the package is sent back, we will proceed refund or replacement up on customer agreement. The refund amount is 100% product price, excludes shipping fee of $6.99. In case customer request a replacement, the lead time is as new order.

  • Order ID or screenshot of payment display.

Proof of defect or damage (recommend)

  • Picture of original package and product inside
  • Picture of damage or defect
  • Video of opening package

Wrong delivery or Missing order

  • In case you found that there is wrong product delivered or believe that your order goes missing, please contact us via email at support@amihomefurnishings.com to inform us.
  • Within 2 business days, we will confirm the status of order and response to proceed a refund for customer.

Please note that we cannot hold responsible for wrong delivery address or wrong order by customer. Please confirm your delivery address, billing address and your item specification carefully before and after placing order. 

In case customer want to modify delivery information, please send us your email within 12 hours from placing order.

Customers are not satisfied with the design and size

  • If customer is not satisfied with the product model, size, or color upon the arrival of goods, please contact us via email at support@amihomefurnishings.com. Please describe in detail the problem that you are not satisfied with.
  • We treat your dissatisfaction as faulty products case and the process will be similar. 
  • NOTE:To avoid dissatisfaction with the model, size, color, thickness or other product specifications, please read the product description carefully before placing an order.

Cancel order

No return is accepted in case of cancelling order. The amount of refund is based on the time of request email sent by customer to us as follow:

  • Within 6 hours from placing order: refund 100% paid amount
  • From 6 hours to 12 hours from placing order: refund 50% paid amount
  • Out of 12 hours from placing order: request is no longer valid. We are already processed your order and will deliver items as normal, unless customer agree to not to receive products.

Regarding return shipping

Customer are free of shipping cost when using our Return label.
