Delivery lead time

Our lead time is as below:

  • Processing Time: 7 – 9 business days
  • Delivery Time: 10 – 15 business days after processing time.
  • Total time you receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time = 17 – 24 days
  • Order cutoff time: 10pm – (GMT-05:00) PST

Our currently available shipping methods are Standard Shipping (USPS, EMS, Yun Express or FedEx). We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that your order processing time may be affected if the original information you provide to us is insufficient or incorrect, for example, Inaccurate or incomplete payments; incorrect address information, and insufficient product dimensions. In this case, we ask for your understanding and support.

Sometimes delivery times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Season (e.g. holidays)
  • Bulky or bulky items
  • Carrier error

If any of the above happens to your package, we promise to keep you updated with as much information as possible.

Customer is fully responsible for any information that is entered when making purchase such as delivery information, billing information and products. We are not responsible for any loss or damage can caused to package due to wrong information provided by customer.

When purchasing products at Amihomefurnishings Store, we bear all the shipping tax and other taxes. So you don’t need to pay any tax on the orders we deliver.

We are off on Saturday, Sunday and other holidays! However, we are always on track. Please send us your email anytime once you need our assist.

How do I track my order?

To check order status, customers can click here, and enter Order ID and Billing email check their order. Order ID and Billing email will be sent to your email when you have successfully placed your order.
